We spent approx 2.5 days in Hua Hin and ended up visiting Hello Bagel 2 days in a row—that’s how good they are! We live in Bangkok, where there is an ocean of bagel spots to choose from, but Hello Bagel is easily our favorite by far. It takes a lot of effort to make a great bagel without overcomplicating it with "creative" fillings, and Hello Bagel stands firmly on this. Their menu is curated rather than extensive, which shows they truly focus on what they do best. We had a great chat with the owner on our second visit; her passion and excitement for her craft are infectious, and it really shows in the food. As a bonus, their fluffy "Guest Relations Officer" named Lotti is incredibly welcoming and cuddly. Between the delicious bagels and her sweet personality, you’re bound to fall in love with the place! There’s nothing else to say except: highly recommended if you are in the area!
