Hands down the BEST ice cream & coffee place on the planet! HELLO COOKIES – Homemade Cookies & Ice Cream in Hua Hin is straight-up addictive, and it’s all because of the two legends who run it: the sweetest Thai lady whose smile lights up the whole shop (sawatdee ka and a million kinds of kindness every time), and her Spanish husband who greets you like an old friend with that perfect American English and endless passion for what they create together. The coffee is insane – seriously some of the best I’ve ever had anywhere in the world. Rich, smooth, made with so much care. And the ice cream? Handmade perfection. Flavours that feel like a love letter between Spain and Thailand: think salted caramel with a Thai twist, coconut-pandang that transports you to paradise, chocolate so deep it should be illegal, and seasonal mango that tastes like pure summer. Fresh-baked cookies still warm from the oven, generous scoops, and a vibe that makes you want to stay forever. We come to Hua Hin every year and we’re here literally every single day – sometimes morning and afternoon. It’s not even a question anymore. It’s our happy place.
