I have eaten many brands of healthy meal boxes. Hello Fresh has less oil and salt, but the seasoning is wonderful and can bring out the natural taste of each vegetable. It is very delicious! The quinoa rice tastes great, and the main meals are also good. I especially like the mackerel and salmon.
