Here with Years 素年 is a fantastic vegan restaurant that offers a creative and delicious plant-based menu. It’s exciting to see this modern vegan concept finally opening its first branch on Hong Kong Island . I’ve always admired their philosophy, and it’s clear they put a lot of heart into what they do. Each branch has a carefully designed menu, offering a variety of choices that cater to both vegans and those simply curious about plant-based dining. Their dedication to creating satisfying and innovative meals has completely changed my perception of vegan food. It proved that plant-based meals aren’t plain or boring—they can be vibrant, wholesome, and incredibly fulfilling. This new location brings even more convenience for those on Hong Kong Island to experience their thoughtful approach to vegan cuisine. Previously, most of their branches were located in Kowloon, so it’s a big step to see them expand to the Island side this year. The restaurant itself has a cozy and minimalist vibe, making it a relaxing spot to enjoy a meal with friends or family. The effort they put into every detail, from the design of the space to the presentation of the food, shows their commitment to quality. The portions are generous and filling, and though the prices are slightly higher than average, the freshness, creativity, and care that go into every dish make it well worth it.
