The atmosphere is fantastic, and the owners are so kind and friendly. I went there for a Turkish breakfast and ended up making friends. The service is excellent, and I have to say—the clotted cream (kaymak) is absolutely delicious. I’d highly recommend it to everyone. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

This was our first time visiting this place, and unfortunately we were not very satisfied with our experience. First of all, the way we were spoken to felt a bit uncomfortable. After bringing one dish, we were told to start eating and that the rest would come later. We understood that the staff member was working alone, which is fine, but the communication could have been more polite and professional. Additionally, when the dish was served, we were told that the portion was intentionally kept small and that more could be added later if needed. In our opinion, when customers pay for a dish, it should be served in a proper and fair portion from the beginning. Hearing this explanation felt inappropriate. Another issue was the order of service. We had ordered an additional dish, but after we arrived, other customers were served before us, even though we were there first. It felt unfair that their orders were prioritized while ours was delayed. Overall, we believe that improving communication, maintaining a respectful tone, and serving customers in the correct order would greatly enhance the experience.
