Billy has created the ultimate sake bar in HK, each sake is carefully selected and in beautiful condition combining modern and traditional with many hard to find bottles thanks to his unique approach to sourcing bottles The absolute highlight of this bar, however, is Billy's service! His passion for sake is infectious and he creates a welcome environment for both solo drinkers and groups Billy has also created a short but well executed snack menu which pairs well with sake - my personal highlight are the chicken hearts - and if you are craving something more substantial you can always order takeaway to pair with the beautiful sakes.
