Heychom Thai Dessert Bar presents its iced jasmine tea as a small ceremony: a wooden tray holding a tall glass packed with ice made from jasmine tea and jasmine flower petals, a bottle of concentrated jasmine tea, a decorative glass vessel with sweetener, and a jasmine garland that reinforces the floral theme. The ice itself is brewed jasmine tea! It is lightly golden, aromatic, and studded with edible petals, so the drink becomes more fragrant as it melts rather than diluted!! This fragrance forward approach runs through the rest of their menu as well, from coconut based desserts infused with pandan or jasmine, to sticky rice sets paired with seasonal fruits, to soft, lightly sweetened sago and bua loy served in warm coconut milk. Many items echo the same sensory philosophy of layered aroma, gentle sweetness, and traditional Thai ingredients presented with modern elegance. Whether it’s their coconut panna cotta, pandan ice cream, or mango sticky rice, each dish is plated with the same attention to scent, texture, and visual detail that defines the jasmine‑tea ritual I experienced.
