첫 방문했어요️ 신세계시흥프리미엄 아울렛 방문했다가, 점심시간에 가본 퓨전 맛집이예요 명란치즈돈까스랑 히바린 안심까스, 미니우동 등 다양하게 주문했는데, 요리가 다 고급스럽고 맛있었어요 안심까츠는 바삭한 튀김옷 안에 촉촉한 고기 식감이 살아 있어서 한입 한입이 감탄이었고, 명란치즈의 짭조름한 풍미가 입맛을 제대로 살려줘서, 고급스러운 이색요리 같았어요 분위기도 깔끔하고 서비스도 좋아서 아울렛 방문할 때 또 들르고 싶은 곳이에요 맛있게 잘 먹었습니다 It was my first visit ️ I stopped by this fusion restaurant for lunch while visiting Shinsegae Siheung Premium Outlet We ordered a variety of dishes like the Pollack Roe Cheese Cutlet, Hibarin Tenderloin Cutlet, and Mini Udon, and every dish was refined and delicious The tenderloin cutlet had a perfectly crispy coating with juicy meat inside — absolutely impressive with every bite! Overall a surprisingly decent experience. The donkatsu and buckwheat noodle dishes were good. The donkatsu pork was fairly tender and juicy - it was neither overcooked nor too dry. The cold buckwheat noodle dish was well seasoned - the cold broth was neither too sweet nor too salty. The service was good, prompt, and adequate.
