林SPF豚を使用した、とろける究極の「白とんかつ」 / The Ultimate Melting "White Tonkatsu" 訪問のきっかけ： 世田谷区深沢・等々力の閑静な住宅街にある、知る人ぞ知る隠れ家的なとんかつ店「とんかつ ひびき」。最寄りの等々力駅から徒歩15分と少し歩きますが、その価値は十分にあります。 ️ いただいたもの： ・特上ロースカツ定食、カキフライ： 銘柄豚「林SPF」を低温でじっくり揚げた、美しい「白いとんかつ」。驚くほどサクサクの軽い衣と、とろけるようなお肉の柔らかさが絶品です！数種類の塩とわさび醤油でお肉の甘みを最大限に引き出して味わうのがおすすめ。一緒に頼んだカキフライも衣がサクッと揚がっており、カツのお供に最高でした。リピート必至の美味しさです。 雰囲気・使い勝手： ビルの2階にあるお店は、カウンター席や広めのテーブル席があり、1人でも入りやすい落ち着いた雰囲気です。カーテンで仕切れる半個室席もあるため、家族連れでもゆっくり過ごせます。無料Wi-Fiや電源も完備されており、とても快適な空間です。 メモ： ・ご飯は1回おかわり無料です！（キャベツ・豚汁はおかわり有料） ・決済方法はクレジットカード、各種電子マネー（Suica、iDなど）、QRコード決済（PayPay、楽天ペイなど）に幅広く対応しています。 実はこちらのお店、希少なジャパニーズウイスキー「響」や「白州」も提供されています。極上とんかつとのペアリングに興味がある方は、プロフィールのリンク（iDeats Lab.）からウイスキーのテイスティング記事もぜひご覧ください。 --- Reason for Visit: A hidden gem in the quiet residential area of Fukasawa / Todoroki, Setagaya. Although it is a 15-minute walk from Todoroki Station, this tonkatsu restaurant is absolutely worth the journey. ️ What I Had: ・Premium Roast Pork Cutlet Set & Fried Oysters: Their signature "white tonkatsu" uses high-quality "Hayashi SPF" pork, slow-fried at a low temperature. The batter is incredibly light and crispy, while the meat melts in your mouth! It is highly recommended to eat it with different kinds of salt and wasabi soy sauce to maximize the sweetness of the pork. The fried oysters were also perfectly crispy and made a great side dish. I will definitely be coming back! Atmosphere & Experience: Located on the 2nd floor, the restaurant offers counter seating and spacious tables, making it comfortable for solo diners. There are also semi-private booths with curtains, ideal for families. The relaxed atmosphere, free Wi-Fi, and power outlets make it a very convenient and cozy spot. Tips: ・One free refill of rice and is included! (Refill of cabbage, miso soup need extra charge) ・Credit cards, electronic money (Suica, iD, etc.), and QR code payments (PayPay, Rakuten Pay, etc.) are widely accepted. ・Reservations are available by phone.
