The food at Hidamari in Shinjo was comforting, homemade, and absolutely delicious. The simmered chicken wings were tender and full of flavor, while the beef tendon stew was rich and melt-in-your-mouth without being too heavy. The original pizza made with mushrooms from Sakegawa was especially memorable — a unique local flavor you can only enjoy here. The asparagus wrapped in pork was simple but perfectly cooked, bringing out the sweetness of the asparagus and the savory taste of the meat. A cozy local restaurant where you can truly relax and enjoy great food. I’d definitely love to visit again when I’m back in Shinjo!
