This little spot is such a gem - both for locals and tourists alike. The cakes are always delicious and the coffee is some of the best in the whole Niseko area. More than that, the vibes are always chill, always happy in there. The owners are always welcoming you with a big smile, the dog is super cute and the interiors are great. Can’t fault this place - make sure you visit when in Niseko Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

My go to coffee, best barista made coffee I was craving for coffee that taste like home (Melbourne) and the baked goods are the bomb, salted and hochijicha brownie are my recommendation Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Hidden Stand's coffee is without a doubt the best in Hokkaido, if not Japan, and the baked goods are unreal. You can easily tell how much passion both owners put into the cafe. Hidden Stand's Mascot, aka Kobe the resident puppy is also super cute and friendly. 10/10 would recommend going out of your way to go here if you're in the area.
