バンコクに数店舗を展開しているヒラリーグループの1号店。夕食時まではレストランとして利用、遅い時間はバーとして利用している人が多いみたいです。ヒラリーバーと言えば、客にちょっかい出してくるウェイトレスのオバちゃんが鬱陶しくて嫌なのですが、ここ1号店はなぜかそれが全然なくて、ひとりでもゆっくり食事ができます。食事はタイ料理も美味しいし、ピザは窯まであって本格的で美味しいです。また、生バンドも入っていて、なかなかレベルの高いライブ演奏を聴くことができます。騒がしい繁華街ソイ４にあって、比較的落ち着ける場所です。

ソイ4に有るヒラリー系のパブ&レストラン。夜は店内でライブも行われている。当然観光地価格で高いが味は良い。夜女連れで行くとおカマのママが奢って欲しいと鬱陶しい。

Hillary 1 is somehow a great spot to play pool and get real good Thai food (and also western style food). You wouldn’t expect that kind of quallity in such a bar! Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5 Price per person: ฿400–600
