ペーパーチキンが有名ということで、初めて訪問しました。味付けは日本の豚肉の生姜焼きタレのような味付けですが、肉はチキンで、紙で包まれているためか、パサつくことなくしっとり美味しい鶏肉でした。ただ、食べるのに手が汚れます。. Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 2 Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $80–90

ペーパーチキンは肉が生臭かった。 日本人客だから古い肉を使ったのかと思うくらいだった。 焼き直してもらったけど臭みは消えてなくて食べられなかった。 他の料理は美味しかった。 楽しみにしていたペーパーチキンだったのにとても残念でした。 接客は良くもなく悪くもなく。. Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2

Our group of 10 senior citizens dined at Hillman Restaurant today, and unfortunately, it was a deeply disappointing experience. We were the only customers in the restaurant during our visit, which in hindsight, may have been a sign. We ordered several dishes, including Shark’s Fin with Crab Meat Soup, which we expected to be rich, savory, and flavorful. However, it was bland and lacked any depth of taste. The pot noodles, bee hoon, and hor fun were all overly salty, making them unpleasant to eat. The "chicken in a paper bag" (boneless) was tasteless, the pot pig liver was tough and overcooked, and the pot grouper fish was not fresh. Even the pot vegetable combination was bland and uninspiring. The total bill came to S$390, which we found extremely unreasonable for the quality of food served. This was one of the most disappointing and overpriced meals we've ever had in Singapore. We strongly advise others to avoid this restaurant. Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2
