Freaking noisy with kids running around, slamming doors and shouting at the top of their lungs. No idea why there are kids in this industrial building.

Nice place for couple or friends catch up chi chat. Not really conducive for family with kids. Need to climb a flight of stairs so not physically challenged friendly.
