One of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had at a restaurant. The female staff member was extremely rude and condescending towards me and my family. When I informed them that the sashimi was not fresh, instead of addressing the concern professionally, she tried to GASLIGHT me by saying that if I didn’t know about sashimi I could ask them, which felt incredibly patronising. I am an avid sashimi lover and have eaten sashimi many times before. Even after I clarified this, she continued trying to GASLIGHT me and insisted the sashimi was fine. She also warned that they would charge us for food wastage if I couldn’t finish the sashimi. If the food genuinely tastes bad or isn’t fresh, how exactly do you expect customers to finish it? Very disappointing experience overall. Poor service and an unwillingness to handle customer feedback professionally. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Cosy and inviting. Best to reserve first before going, as most tables were reserved. Some tables are very near the next, and you could request for those by the window instead. Portions are generous. Enjoyed the pork cheek and various set meals. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $30–40 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

One of the nicer Jap cuisine at a reasonably price due to the location perhaps. This place usually crowded but lucky that we got a table during dinner time given that is eve of PH. Love all the dishes we ordered but find the potato salad abit weird. Not sure what are the those tiny size translucent cubes, eggs more than potato so I call it egg salad instead of potato salad. Forgot to take pic of the drinks. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $30–40 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
