Delicious︎Chicken wing confit @ Jiyugaoka Jiyugaoka is about a 2 minute walk from the station. "Hinata Kitchen" is located on the 1st basement floor of a multi-tenant building. I made a reservation because it was a bistro specializing in craft beer. The store entrance is on the left after going down the stairs leading to the basement. The inside of the store is small, but the atmosphere is great. Just by entering the store recently, I've come to realize that this is definitely the place lol Expectations are high. The menu has quite a number of items. I couldn't help but get lost just by looking at them, so I ordered every item on the menu that was marked as recommended lol. The first thing that caught my eye was the ``Mio chicken wing confit.'' The meat is so soft that it can easily be eaten with chopsticks. Honestly, I tend to shy away from chicken wings because I find them difficult to eat, but that's not the case at all, and what's more, they're delicious That’s why I recommend it And "Anchovy Edamame"! It's said to be number one in orders. This won't stop again. It won't stop. I sometimes see edamame from this place, but this one might be the best. I also ordered some other things and finished off with pasta. I ordered it because I wanted a creamy sauce. This is so delicious! I was so full that I shared a single serving with 3 people, but I regret it! An exquisite dish that will make you want to hit the spot. A parade of elaborate and delicious dishes one after another, from the beginning to the end. It's close to the station, and the location is excellent. There's no reason I won't come again.
