I made a reservation about this store “Hiratsuka Jingisukan 平塚ジンギスカン すすきの店” via Google, I got a confirmation email about my reservation and I follow the directions in the confirmation email. We arrived before my reservation time but the staff at the entrance door told me that my reservation was actually at another store called “Hiratsuka Genghis Khan 平塚ジンギスカン”，her English is not good enough to communicate but she used the Google map on my phone to point me to another store location. I was super confused because I did come to the right store but the staff told me that my reservation is at the other store which the English name is not even the same as the confirmation email?!
