Spectacular omakase - chefs table style seating at the bar, and the chefs take excellent care of you while preparing everything in front of you. Incredible value for 80k Krw both in terms of fish quality, flavor, service and diversity of dishes. Despite us not knowing much Korean, chef made us feel welcome, checked us for allergies and also throughout the meal checked in regarding rice quantity, wasabi levels and soy sauce - allowing any adjustments as needed. But along with the sushi there are 5 or 6 other dishes you get to try as well, including miso black cod, abalone and fried snapper. This level of service coupled with the food made this one of the best omakases I’ve had across Korea, Japan and Europe! When I return to jeonju i will undoubtedly come here again.
