I visited this restaurant recently and had an incredibly disappointing experience. To start with, we were seated right next to the elevator entrance, where the seating was uncomfortably cramped. The biggest issue, however, was the complete lack of accountability—the staff accidentally broke a bottle of wine I brought, yet not a single staff member offered a proactive apology or suggested any form of discount or compensation. On top of the awful service, the food was mediocre at best and nothing special. I definitely wouldn't recommend this place. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Price per person: $250–300

Thank you team at Ho Ho Chak for a wonderful dinner! Food quality was excellent: Traditional, skillful and with a twist at the same time. This is paired with attentive and genuine service. Highly recommended and we will definitely visit again! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
