The har gow’s skin is SO SO THICK! Has a weird taste too. So dry. How is this store still operating in mulitple locations despite its poor taste ? Even bit into prawn shell in the siew mai. Expensive for such distasteful dimsum too

No photos, but the food here doesn't taste as what Ho Kee Pau usual standard. I usually get my fix from the Serangoon branch. Has been around 1 year since i got my fix and the taste aint there. The pork was bland for the siu mai and the har kau had too thick a skin. Same for the pork pau too. Only good is that the staff are really kind and nice. If not for them, I would have given 1 star.
