以前、旭川の山頭火には行ったのですが、かなり前なので、同じQuality なのかは判断できませんでしたが、スープは美味しかった。ラーメンの方の麺はコシが感じられず、残念でしたが、つけ麺の麺は美味しかったです。子供用の食器も用意してくれます。寿司とか、海鮮丼的なセットもあります。これは台湾だからなのか？お値段んは、やはり日本のラーメン屋ということもあり、高めですね。

After having stayed for more than a week in Taiwan, my mouth and my eyes started looking for something familiar already, something my taste buds are used to eating in the Philippines. Lo and behold, we found Hokkaido Ramen Santouka, the same one we fell in love years ago in Glorrieta, Makati. We ordered creamy scallops, shio ramen, miso ramen and chicken karaage. I loved the miso better, the soup was thicker and richer than shio. The noodles were firm just the way I like it. The scallop was cooked just right and it had that freshly torched taste. Although I enjoyed it very much, in hindsight we should have tried the other restaurants in the area which are not in the Philippines. Homesickness just struck me hard that time.
