Dining Experience @ Hokki Phochana / Hok Kee Restaurant. . The Kanom Pakkaad Kaek Hua Chai Tao Tod / Fried Radish Cake (THB ฿60) was a surprise star. With a chunky yet tender texture, contrasted by the chewy and crunchy toppings, this held addictive smoky savoury salty shrimpy earthy nutty flavour. Paired with a thick sweet dipping sauce. . Loved the Hoi Nam Rang Tod / Fried Oyster Omelette (THB ฿200). The warm fluffy chicken egg omelette mixed with chewy sweet potato starch, garnished with medium sized juicy oysters and crisp coriander leaves, feels luxurious. Has savoury eggy sweet briny salty vegetal herbal flavour. . Got a small portion of Nuea Han Phalo / Braised Goose (THB ฿360). With decent medium thin slices, the nuea han phalo / braised goose meat is tender with a light chew to texture, infused with the rich 5-spice and soy braising stock, resulting in a meaty savoury earthy herbal salty flavour.
