Googleマップで見つけて朝から散歩がてらに伺いました。旅行に行くと美味しそうなパン屋さんやカフェを探します。パンの中でもクロワッサンが好きで世界中で食べ歩きをしておりますが、こちらは自己評価2位のクロワッサンをいただきました。本当に美味しかったです。一緒に食べたハムチーズサンドも絶品でした。またバンコクに来た時は必ず予定したいと思います。お近くにいらっしゃる時の朝食に是非おすすめさせていただきます。. I have always enjoyed the food at Holey Bakery, especially the Sunshine sandwich. The atmosphere and service have generally been excellent. I have visited the Suan Phlu branch around 3–5 times, and every previous experience was outstanding. However, during my most recent visit, I noticed a significant decline in service quality. I am not sure whether there has been a change in management, but my experience was disappointing. I had to wait an unusually long time for my sandwich, even though the restaurant was busy. The manager appeared to lack proper organization and leadership, spending time walking around and eating rather than effectively managing the operation. From my perspective, this did not reflect the level of professionalism expected from someone in a managerial position. Given the pricing, I believe customers should receive a higher standard of service. I also ordered sparkling water, but it had no carbonation at all. That said, I would like to thank the petite staff member who kindly assisted me during my visit. Unfortunately, I did not ask for her name, but her helpfulness was greatly appreciated. Finally, I would like to suggest improvements in service management, particularly at the managerial level. In my opinion, the current manager does not compare favorably to the previous one.
