This cozy little restaurant has a distinct personality — it doesn’t feel entirely local, yet it’s not Western either. The flavors lean strongly toward Southeast Asian influences, with unique spices and seasonings that really stand out. I’ve never been to the Philippines myself, so I can’t say for sure how authentic the taste is, but it certainly leaves a memorable impression. The staff were genuinely thoughtful. When they learned that one of us couldn’t eat ice cream, they kindly served it in a separate dish so the person could still enjoy the dessert without worry. Two thumbs up for all the dishes that we ordered 點咗嘅每一樣菜式都超好味: -Spring Rolls (forgot to take picture) -Tuna Salad -Rose Sauce Prawn Pasta -Lamb with Peanut Sauce -Ube Latte -Ice Cream Sandwich (not overly sweet) -Basque Cheesecake (not overly sweet; prefer having it after the Ice Cream Sandwich because it tastes much richer) Price per person: HK$200–250 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

We had a wonderful dining experience at Holy Gaw. We loved the taste and creativity of the dishes. Crab meat pasta was creamy and with lots of crab meat. Philippine spring roll was crispy. The portion of steak was huge. The steak was juicy and I especially loved the grilled garlic! It’s so yummy! Meal type: Dinner Price per person: HK$150–200 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
