Very disappointing experience. The main “Happy Birthday” balloon deflated within less than 24 hours, even though I clearly said it was for the next day. This limitation (8–10 hours) was never mentioned when I placed the order. Instead of offering a simple solution, the shop asked for my passport details and even suggested going to the police for a small refund, which felt very inappropriate and uncomfortable. Poor quality and very unprofessional service. Would not recommend.

Hello, normally an, inflated latex balloon with helium should last 8 to 16 hours. Foil helium balloon can retain for much longer, often remaining inflated for 3 days to 3 weeks . It all depends where you place them and the room temperature they are placed in. You should let us know in 8 hours not after 20 hours to get 100% refund back, how ever you should not carry the balloons back with the motorbike, at 3 pm which the temperature is very hot. It's policy and a procedure that must be followed. It's fair for both the shop and the customer, so we request your cooperation in bringing your passport and making an appointment with the police.

Review for Hom Naan Florists I recently used Hom Naan Florists to arrange a custom bouquet that included chocolates, and I couldn’t be happier with their service! They offered same-day delivery and managed to have the beautiful arrangement delivered within just a couple of hours of placing my order. The quality of the bouquet was exceptional—everything looked fresh, vibrant, and elegantly designed. I also appreciated that they offered a seamless payment process through Wise, which made the transaction smooth and hassle-free. What stood out the most was how helpful the team was. They patiently assisted me in choosing the perfect design and provided plenty of options to suit my preferences. If you’re looking for a florist that delivers both quality and convenience, I highly recommend Hom Naan Florists!
