Amazing hot pot restaurant! The food was fresh, delicious, and full of flavor. There was a great variety of ingredients to choose from, and the tomato soup base was excellent. The atmosphere was clean, comfortable, and welcoming. The staff were friendly and provided great service. Highly recommended for anyone who loves hot pot. Horrible stupid mistake!!! Prepared two pots, one non-spicy for the kids (after getting the kids to pick & choose), and one for the adults, and was very clear about non-spicy for the kids one. Went all the way to the shop to do takeaway too. Came back home to find out they mistakenly switched it, kid’s pot is all spicy instead! Called but number listed here is wrong! So disappointed! Will keep this post until they apologise! Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $30–40 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
