I was honestly so happy when I discovered Homidang Hongkong Bread Thai Coffee (호미당 홍콩빵 태국커피). It felt like finding a hidden gem. I ordered the pineapple bread with butter, and wow I genuinely don’t even know how to properly describe the taste. The outside was perfectly crisp with that signature sweet, crumbly top, and the inside was soft, fluffy, and warm. When the butter melted into the bread, it just took everything to another level. Every bite was pure happiness. I kept thinking, “Just one more bite,” and before I knew it, it was gone. I’ve tried pineapple bread in many places, but this one is easily my number one. No question. The balance of sweetness, texture, and freshness was just perfect. You can really tell it’s made with care. The whole experience made me smile. Simple, comforting, and absolutely satisfying. This will 100% be the first place I visit when I come back to Seoul. I already know I’ll be craving that pineapple bread again. Highly, highly recommended! I’ve had many memorable pastry + coffee experiences in my life. This is one of the more memorable. Pineapple bun and butter, perfect fluffiness and sweetness. The americano, I can’t wait to have it again. Well balanced and flavorful. Paired delightfully together. A match made in heaven! Go enjoy. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
