Small mom-and-pop light meal eatery that runs only till lunch time. The place has great nostalgia factor, not only the decor but also the simple and super humble menu like homemade beehoon and bao breads. It's also a meeting place for the locals in the area (mostly the uncles and aunties), partly due to near-absence of eateries in the immediate vicinity. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $1–10 Food: 3 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3

Pleasantly surprised to stumble upon this hidden jem this morning. Had beehoon/noodle mix with ngor hiong and a sunnyside up + kopi o kosong. Taste is old school , kopi is adequately thick, not acidic and no burnt aftertaste. Stall owner is very friendly and price is reasonable. Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: $1–10 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
