シンガポールで飲茶をいただきました。ビール3本、飲茶6個で約10,000円です。(シンガポールはビールがとても高いです。)香港式の飲茶はとても美味しかったですよ。店員さんもとてもやさしいです。地元の日とが多く訪れていましたよ。クレジットカードVisaが使えました。. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $30–40

Found this fuss-free spot, Hong Kong Dim Sum Shop, tucked away in Fortune Centre. It’s a great no-frills eatery for when the dim sum craving hits. We ordered a table full of food for 3 people, and the total bill came up to $53 (which included 3 cups of local hot milk tea at $3 each). The Good (Above Average): Crispy BBQ Pork Buns (Polo Buns): These were a highlight. The crusty "pineapple" top was sweet and crunchy, pairing well with the savoury char siew filling. Spicy Wontons in Chilli Oil: These were very appetizing. The vinegar and chili oil sauce had the right balance of sour and spicy. Steamed Chives & Prawn Dumplings: The translucent skin was chewy just right, and you could taste the freshness of the chives. Steamed Char Siew Bao: Classic fluffy buns with decent filling. The "Okay" / Misses: Chicken Feet: We ordered a serving (not pictured). The braising sauce was actually very flavourful, but texture-wise, it was a bit overcooked for my liking—meat was falling off the bone a little too easily. Egg Tarts: This was the only real letdown of the meal. The crust wasn't flaky enough and the custard lacked that smooth, eggy fragrance. I'd recommend skipping these. Verdict: A reliable spot for a casual dim sum fix in the Bugis/Bras Basah area. Most dishes are above average, just know what to order!
