I have tried 4 times to dine here. Everytime, the entire restaurant is full, requires reservations, or a party has bought out the entire place. I thought that meant the food was superb and that we needed to eat here. I was wrong. Getting a table before the dinner rush was okay. But when it came time to order, I was invisible. Every other table was able to place an order before I could. Then when my order came to the table, it was cold. Buffalo shrimp and wings are never to be cold. It felt like the waitresses forgot about me and only when I asked where my food was, did they remember it was sitting under a heat lamp. The "spiciest sauce" aka 'Spicy Garlic' was child's play for me, but I dont hold that against Hooters. My biggest complaint is the wings. I could not finish them all because I think I will be sick tomorrow after eating what I did. The bones are bloody and temperature was not hot. Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3
