We had to check-in pretty late (close to midnight) due to significant traffic at the Thai border during the long weekend holidays of Malaysia. We contacted them in advance to let them know that we would be arriving late and they waited for us to arrive. My friends and I truly appreciate it, and we apologize for the inconvenience. Please do send our regards and good word to the staffs that were standing by for us on Sep 13, 2025 (Sat). You guys are amazing!

Great location – Kim Yong Market is just across the street, and many places are within walking distance. For slightly further spots like Hatyai Central, taking a Grab is more convenient. Overall, it’s a clean and decent hotel. The only downside is that the room isn’t well-ventilated – no windows or exhaust fan, so there’s a slight smell. But it’s still a comfortable stay. Recommended!
