Hops is hands down one of my favorite bars in Hong Kong. They have 6 craft beers on tap with a great variety to choose from, plus an impressive selection of cocktails that never disappoint. The food here is seriously underrated — the chicken wings are a must-try (crispy, flavorful, and perfectly cooked), and the fries are just as addictive. It’s the kind of place where you come for drinks but end up staying for the food too. What really makes Hops special is the atmosphere. It genuinely feels like a second home every time I visit. The staff are always incredibly friendly, attentive, and helpful, which makes the whole experience even better. Highly recommend this spot whether you’re catching up with friends or just looking for a relaxed night out — make sure to check it out when you visit Hong Kong! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
