Not good for families. Confirm details in writing with staff before booking. First of all, at the time of booking, their website was showing that the breakfast is included. However, they did not offer any service in actual. The rate on their website was15K yen for 2 nights. When we booked for a family with 2 kids, they charged us twice for the same room. There was no bidet spray working in toilet. No one was available at reception except for 1st night. We were only 2 families on our own inside the hotel. The location is inside forest. So, it is expected that basic services such as drinking water, breakfast shall at least be provided. But, it is not available here. Very unprofessional attitude by the staff. Service: 1
