the hotel location is in gangnam gu and 4 mins walk to Hak Dong Station Exit 4, that's very convenient to popular visitor areas. I took early flight to Seoul and arrived hotel before the official check in time. Receptionist helped to arrange early check in and I could take a good rest after the flight. Besides, the Receptionist is so thoughtful to speak in both Mandarin and English to ensure I understand quickly after an exhaustive travel.

We travelled to South Korea for the first time in November and came across Hotel Eliena by chance when booking and so thankful we did! We opted to stay in the Gangnam district due to its relaxed environment and didn't find travelling to other areas in Seoul that difficult. The room was so lovely and spacious and we opted for breakfast (I would highly recommend getting the korean everyday!) the staff at breakfast were so kind and helpful and conversational too :) I would have to say the reception staff were exceptional in their customer service and attentiveness! I didn't manage to get the name of the gentleman who checked us in and the gentleman who checked us out but they were amazing and made the stay excellent from the beginning to the end :) Service: 5
