カレーとタイ料理エスニカン１年前 Google に

〈２５年６月〉再訪しました。今回も朝食で利用。タイ料理を中心に選びました。青いパパイヤのサラダ「ソムタムタイ」が美味でした。またタイの生菓子「カノム」コーナーもより充実し、甘いココナッツミルクのもち米の「カオニャオマムアン」、バナナの葉にココナッツミルクベースのほんのり甘い上新粉のような生地（もち米や米粉とタピオカ粉）を包んで蒸した「カノムサイサイ（カノムソーサイ）」もミニサイズで楽しめました。タイならではの生菓子ですので、外国人向けにメニューの紹介などもあると、より楽しめるのではないでしょうか。これはタイのフルーツ（ポラマイ）も同じで、見慣れない国からのお客さん向けに案内があると、手に取りやすいと感じました。〈２５年２月〉「ホテルインディゴバンコク」に宿泊し、朝食で利用しました。アメリカンブレックファスト、ワッフルと名物メニューを注文している方が多かったんですが、私はせっかくタイに来ているので、タイ料理中心に選びました。目の前で作ってくれる麺類クイティアオではビーフンの太さも選べ（細麺センミー、中細麺センレック、太麺バミー、春雨ウンセンなど）、やさしいチキンベースのスープ、鶏肉団子やタイハーブなどを加えて熱々でいただきました。また鶏肉のガパオ炒め（パッ・ガパオ・ガイ）もクロワッサンに挟んだり、ジャスミンライスと一緒にいただきました。ほかに炒め麺系ではパッタイやパッシーユも並んでいました。さらにはインド料理コーナーもあり、インドカレー２種類と天ぷらパコラなど日替わりで違うものが並んでいました（※オクラのカレー「ビンディマサラ」など）。タイフルーツやデザートはもちろん、フレッシュサラダに、お粥のコーナーもあり、コーヒーなども含め大満足でした。. Super duper value Afternoon tea !! @ Metro on Wireless, Hotel Indigo Bangkok Wireless road. Only 609+ for 2 persons. The set comes with authentic presentation of fusion sweet and savory. The restaurant’s atmosphere is very chill with Thai decorations. The services is friends and full of smileys. I had Thai milk tea and green tea. The tea and coffee is buffet! Special trump up for the tamarind ice cream, the first dish on our table. It is refreshingly sour and sweet . All time favorite, mango sticky rice, will not disappoint you as well. Highly recommended
