I travel to HK for work and would stay at Hotel Stage. I like the decor of this boutique hotel and also the proximity (3-5mins) walk to the MTR via Chi Wo Street. From Jordan, it’s 3 stops to Central and 28 mins to the airport via a taxi. 1. Rooms and services The room still has a modern feel, well thought out design to ensure every space of the room is maximised. No travel adapters needed in the room as there is a charging station that provides USB A&C charging for your devices. Beds and pillows are comfortable, not too soft which I like for my bad back. Items in mini bar are free too. The breakfast area on the 1st floor (1 level above G) is a place I enjoy visiting. Unlike traditional buffet-style breakfast, you can place an order on one of the sumptuous selections and it will be served fresh and hot. There’s also a nice bar at the basement which I did not visit this time. 2. Location and amenities It is located at Chi Wo Street, right at the corner of the road, 3-5 mins walk to Jordan MTR station. Nearby amenities include McDonald, 7-11, Hotpot restaurants, pharmacies, 茶餐厅 and plenty of other shops. A taxi ride to the airport is around 28-30mins and cost about HKD270+. If you are traveling alone, it’s a good place to stay, not too far away from CBD yet away from the bustling crowd. If you are coming with a family of four, it will be good to have 2 separate rooms or try out Stage Well, another hotel from the same brand.
