Great music in a heavy rainy night. I didn’t expect that while booking. Well-decorated boutique hotel with warm atmosphere. Worth a stay in your busy life. Service: 5

Wonderfully surprised. Exquisite lobby, clean and comfortable room, friendly service, great breakfast with great price! Self service espresso and snacks in lobby. Highly recommended, will define stay here again if back to Tainan. Service: 5

3 stars is for the front desk guy with glasses who is super impolite. When I checked in the lady was very nice and i asked if i can play the piano in the lobby. And she said they welcome all that knows how to play to use the piano. And she even remind me to take care of myself as the piano cover was kinder old. And 1 hour after, we came down again and the guy that i mentioned before did bot even said hello to us. My husband went to the piano and played not even one note yet. That guy came to us and said it is not allowed to play when there is other guests? And said ppl will complain. I was like really, there were only the same old white couple that we met while check in and they were talking loudly in French on phone. So they were allowed to loud talking, and we were younger and Chinese and not allowed to even play nice music. And even it is not allowed, he should approach us nicely and politely and also should not mention the complaint part while we were just playing just one minute for a picture. I wonder if this is discrimination or racism. This kind of service is very uncommon in Taiwan during our whole trip. Service: 3
