Have not been eating hotpot for a long time, especially in Taiwan. On our 2nd night of stay in Hsinchu, my cousin’s spouse brought us here for dinner. To me, there were so many varieties - beef, pork, chicken, seafood or veggies. We were spoilt by choices. Mix and match menu was permitted. The portion was so generous. Service was excellent. We seated in an air-conditioned room that could take 3 tables each could sit 4-8 persons. Our table could sit 4 pax. I definitely ate with gluttony. Ingredients were fresh! Everything was perfect, special mention of the desserts (DIY / free flow) - red bean soup, grass jelly and ice cream (scoop or cones). Soup base was not oily and not salty. Very clear. Portion was very generous, I had to eat my Mom’s shares too. Burp Burp! My relatives couldn’t finish the dishes either, the service staff helped to prepare for takeaway. Even the eggs were dated to indicate their freshness. Excellent food, quality ingredients, comfortable venue and good customer service rendered. Glad that my relatives brought us to this branch as we were told that this branch’s service attitude was exemplary. We had a heartiest and an enjoyable meal here.
