Hot Pot House 火鍋館 is a fantastic spot if you enjoy authentic Chinese-style hot pot. The ingredients are fresh, the broth is flavorful, and the overall experience feels very local and genuine. One thing to note is that there is no English menu. However, this shouldn’t stop you from visiting. Using Google Translate on your phone works perfectly well to understand the menu and place your order. The staff are helpful, and once you get past the language barrier, the meal is definitely worth it. If you’re looking for a real hot pot experience rather than a tourist-oriented place, this is a great choice. Price per person: HK$500+ Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4
