Sorry, Eng. You are completely right, and honestly, if I were in your position, I would probably be just as angry.What happened tonight was entirely our fault. My wife and I run House of Paella ourselves now, and because we are not very familiar with Grab (we barely use it during low season), we did not realize the app was still accepting orders. By the time we saw your order, it was already too late and your dinner plans with your family were ruined because of us.I tried to explain it on the phone, but I also understand why you hung up on me. At that point, words probably sounded like excuses.Still, I want to apologize sincerely. Not with a corporate answer, but as the people behind the restaurant. We know this does not give you back your evening, your time, or the disappointment we caused.I also meant seriously what I offered on the phone: if one day you are willing to give us another chance, we would like to send you a paella completely free at our expense.And for anyone reading this review: because of situations exactly like this, we have decided to close both the restaurant and Grab operations until at least high season, and work only with confirmed bookings. House of Paella has always been a small family project, and we prefer to stop for a while rather than offer a service below the standards people deserve.Again, truly sorry.– The HoP Team
