Truly authentic Eurobistro experience. I've been traveling to Taiwan for 15 years, and halfway through every trip I start craving familiar western cuisine. This establishment does not disappoint. Starting with the scrumptious food to the ambiance and the excellent table service, Hsiang Bistro gets top marks in all categories. Did I mention the beer, wine and cocktail selection! They are fabulous too. The bar features all the American and European classics plus enchanting craft cocktails and sophisticated artisan sodas.
