2025年12月に宿泊しました。 にぎやかな大通りから1本、寂しい通りに入る必要があります。 しかしながら、ホテルは外装も内装も豪華で立派です。 部屋は広く、清潔感があります、テーブルやソファーもありました。 枕元には電源プラグがあるので、スマホを充電しながら寝落ちするのにも便利です。 無料のペットボトル水は無く、各階の給水機から水差しに汲んでくる形式です、ただし冷蔵庫内には小さな缶コーラとゼリー飲料が無料で用意されていました。 湯舟はありませんが、シャワーは暖かいお湯が問題なく出ます。残念ながら僕の止まった部屋は、シャワースペースのガラス扉を閉めても若干の隙間が出来てしまうので、湯気が漏れてしまいます。それでも換気がしっかりしているのか、不思議とベッドまで湿気がくることはありませんでした。 コインランドリーは10元コインx5枚で動作する（乾燥は利用しませんでしたが）機器でしたが、ゆっくり慎重に1枚ずつコインを入れる必要があったようで結局、コインを7枚投下するはめになりました。 (# -∀-) また、ホテルの規模（≒宿泊者数）からすると、洗濯機と乾燥機がそれぞれ2台ずつというのは少し少な目なのかもしれません、洗濯が空くまで少し待ちました。 この他にも、自販機はあるのに欠品が多い、製氷機はあるものの故障中など、管理が追いついていないのかな、と思われる箇所も散見されました。 それでも職員の皆様はとても親切ですし、夜遅くにチェックインして朝早くにチェックアウトするのがもったいないくらい立派な宿でした。

On the eye it looked great but when a shower isn't clean and a used towel was left behind, I wasn't happy. The water also didn't flush away smoothly. The restaurant food was good, but table cloths were not clean, I hope it were very small sesame seeds that were left on the table but I am not sure. The restaurant doesn't serve water, be sure you bring your own. Icecubes are available though. Service: 4

Had such a blast spent one week in this hotel. Been traveling the whole Taiwan, Cozzi Blu in Taoyuan and Hsin Hotel in Chaiyi city are our favorite. Great family oriented hotel especially for little one. Great hospitality and all baby proof/child friendly play area, makes it easy for parents with little humans. Service: 5
