One of my favorite Taiwanese dishes is luroufan - a braised pork rice bowl. Huang Ji Braised Pork, a Michelin-recommended spot in 2024 was a must-try for us. We got there around 3–4 PM so it wasn’t too crowded. We ordered the small braised pork rice bowl, shredded chicken and napa cabbage. Every dish we tried was amazing! The food was not only delicious but also super affordable. The napa cabbage stood out. It was soaked in flavorful broth and tasted incredible. The braised pork rice and shredded chicken were both perfectly tender and the sauce paired everything together so well. Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4
