C [low CP value / CP 值低] · disappointing spicy taiwanese beef noodle that cost 160 NTD as of April 2026 (cash only) · their interior seating has a stale stench when walking in... · noodles legit reminded me of supermarket instant noodles (also not fully cooked) · their beef broth tasted bland (felt like drinking flavored water) · but their meat was delicious + soft (only redeeming point here) tldr: can skip this restaurant if theres other options Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2
