デンプシーヒルにある精肉店直営のビストロで、新鮮で上質なお肉料理を食べたくなった時に間違いのない一軒です。 ソーセージやベーコンは種類が豊富で、どれも熟成された旨みが感じられ、シンプルな調理でも素材の良さが際立っています。 ビールの品揃えも多く、肉料理との相性が抜群。家族でのランチや、少しゆっくり楽しみたいディナーにも向いています。 週末は常に賑わっており、スタッフはやや忙しそうですが、その分活気のある雰囲気。 店内席とテラス席があり、テラス席は風通しが良く、暑い日でも快適に過ごせました。Dempsey Hillらしい開放感のある空間も魅力です。 ⸻ Located in Dempsey Hill, this bistro is run by a butcher, making it an excellent choice when you’re craving fresh, high-quality meat dishes.
