This is not a coffee shop. Making a cappuccino like hot milk!? So much milk that you can't even taste coffee in it. Horrible! If you are a coffee lover, better go somewhere else Meal type: Other Price per person: $10–20

Again - like others I stumbled across the Hudson’s kiosk in T1. Being from Melbourne I unashamedly like decent coffee. Hudson’s seem to be the only coffee shop in Changi airside that have a La Marzocco machine. However it’s better than the machines that the others use. They are like the 7-11 coffee in Melbourne The beans used are not absolutely fantastic. We are used to micro roasters in Melbourne. The coffee is strong but a little acidic. It’s the best you’ll get airside in Changi Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4
