Beware: Dishonest pricing and extra fees!!! We found that the pricing scheme is very deceptive as they tack an additional 10% and 7% taxes on top of the final bill. Instead of showing the REAL price of everything you order on the menu card they will add another whopping 17%. Your customers should not have to whip out a calculator to calculate the real inflated prices. I have no problem paying good money for good food but AT LEAST BE HONEST. Absolutely disgusting scam. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ฿2,000+ Parking space: Plenty of parking

Hug Samui used to be a fantastic restaurant. When we visited about a year ago, everything was on point: the team was well-organized, there were enough staff members, and service was quick and attentive. It felt welcoming and professionally run. Unfortunately, our recent experience was very different. The restaurant now seems understaffed, and the employees who are there appear overwhelmed. As a result, the service has become slow and less attentive. On top of that, prices have increased, which makes the overall experience feel even less worthwhile. Parking has also become more difficult, adding to the inconvenience. Overall, the quality has declined significantly compared to what it once was. Sadly, because of these changes, we will not be returning in the future.
