We are very sorry to hear that both of you felt unwell after your visit. We take food safety and ingredient quality very seriously. We would like to clarify that before ordering, your companion informed our staff that she was already experiencing stomach discomfort and requested that the fried chicken be prepared with only a little oil and salt. Our team gladly accommodated this special request and prepared the meal accordingly. Nevertheless, we take your comments seriously and have already reviewed our food handling, storage, and preparation procedures. We have found no issues with the chicken served that day, but we will continue to maintain our high standards to ensure every guest has a safe and enjoyable experience.
