Coffee is actually decent, but I watched a new barista not wipe down or purge the steam wand before steaming milk for multiple drinks. I had to step in and tell her to do so, since it removes milk residue and prevents bacteria buildup. Also felt like there wasn’t much care in the coffee-making process overall :'( Everything was rushed, and the milk texture came out too thin. Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 5

Went to Huggs Coffee recently and was immediately welcomed by their lovely staff They had so many options to choose from, and of course I went for their pastries and coffee I’d also like to compliment one of their staff, Riena (hope I got the name right haha). She provided excellent service and really went the extra mile to help me choose the pastries. Overall, I had a great time here — definitely well spent. Thank you to the amazing team! I was having a bad day due to work. During the lunch hour despite the baristas being busy, noticed how down I was and they went out of their way to make my day bright with their phenomenal service. We had a great chat while my beverage was being prepared. Huggs must had an encyclopedia on customer service because this definitely was one of the most memorable visits I ever had! Meal type: Lunch Price per person: SGD 10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
