Very slow service and slightly chaotic despite having 3 staff. Takes 15 minutes to be served (when you are at the top of the queue). My cappuccino was good but my pie was still cold after being warmed up (by the manager). The food item labels were placed facing inside (so customers could not read then). Strange. The Huggs at NUH Medical Centre is much better. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2
